Our 2 ½" and 3 ½" extrusion lines give us the capability to manufacture extrusions for any application. We have co-extrusion capabilities for dual and triple durometer with multiple color combinations. On-line cutting and punching with the use of our numerous cutters and punches allows Tangibles to offer customers a variety of cutting and punching tolerances.

Custom extrusion and moulding often requires custom finishing and other secondary operations. Additional operations include:

Special Cutting, Drilling, Notching, Mitering, Slotting, Routing, Heat Sealing, Sonic Welding, Special Assembly, Labeling, Pad Printing, Hot Stamping, Coiling, Custom Boxing Shrink Wrapping and Double Face Taping
