At Tangibles Ltd., quality begins with our expert precision in-house tool and die department. These experienced craftsmen produce high quality tooling to ensure that your plastic parts are manufactured to your precise requirements.

Our business is different than a typical commodity shop. We have an acute awareness of the complexities of designing plastics. Quality parts, blanket order programs, part warehousing and Just in Time capabilities are only part of the total picture. Our quality assurance programs are in place to ensure our customer's satisfaction. All our products are designed with state-of-the-art CAD software, coupled with our in-house wire EDM machine capabilities, enable us to produce extremely complex and precise moulded parts and extrusion profiles.

Our large 50,000 square foot facility located in Toronto enables us to have the unique ability to meet your injection moulding and extrusion needs under one roof. With our 2 ½" and 3 ½" extrusion lines, we have the capability to manufacture extrusions for any application. We have co-extrusion capabilities for dual and triple durometer extrusions as well as multiple extruded color combinations. Our numerous on-line cutters and punches allows Tangibles to offer customers a variety of cutting tolerances and slitting or punching capabilities. Our array of injection moulding machinery starts as small as 75 tonnes and up to 750 tonnes.

The options available to Tangible customers extend to material selection as well. Commodity and engineered compounds are available to meet specific design requirements. These include:

All materials are available as transparent or opaque, with color matching available.

Custom extrusion and moulding often requires custom finishing and other secondary operations. Additional operations include:

Labeling, Pad Printing, Hot Stamping, Coiling, Custom Boxing

Being a 100% custom shop, we provide our customers with a finished custom part.
